LHCP2015 Proceedings

All speakers and poster presenters are invited to contribute to the LHCP2015 Proceedings.

The Conference Proceedings will be published at the American Institute of Physics (AIP) on-line with open access.

 

Write-up size limits: plenary talks - 15 pages, parallel and poster presentations - 6 pages. 

The deadline for write-up contributions is 15 December 2015. Extended to January 1, 2016.

 

LHCP2015 write-up contributions should be prepared in Latex.

The Latex templates for AIP style proceedings can be downloaded from the web-page : 

Please use single-column format only.

 

Please send prepared write-up contribution (as a zipped file)

  1. pdf-version, source latex and figure files of your write-up
  2. scan copy of signed AIP Copyright Transfer Agreement 

 

Please indicate in the AIP Copyright Transfer Agreement form the following:

"NOTE, that the LHCP2015 Proceedings authors, who presented the talks and posters on behalf CERN Collaborations, do not need to sign AIP Copyright Transfer Agreement.

The LHCP2015 Organizing Committee will take care on Copyright Transfer Agreement between AIP Publishing and CERN."

 

Please note, that the Proceedings write-up versions, 

which will be posted by the authors in free e-print servers as ArXiv,
should be formatted in its own author-prepared format, 

e.g. in plain Latex class "article". 
The AIP style format  should be not used for this purpose.
